The platform features an AI-based personal profile system, allows job applications without traditional resumes, and offers professional training recommendations.

The new site aims to assist both job seekers and employers by providing personalized job matching beyond simple past search history. The AI conversation-based system maps users' skills, experience, preferences (such as hybrid or remote work), and career aspirations to create a detailed profile. This profile is then used by the matching engine to identify suitable job opportunities.

Additionally, the platform includes a tool for generating resumes and enables applications based solely on the AI-generated profile, eliminating the need to upload a separate CV. Yad2's enhanced site will also suggest training courses and colleges based on user profiles to bridge knowledge gaps for specific roles.

According to Yad2 data, the tech job market is undergoing a transformation, with traditional industries like finance, healthcare, insurance, and logistics increasing their tech-related job openings by over 25% in 2026. This indicates a shift of tech roles from startups to more established sectors. The company noted that a single QA position now receives an average of over 100 applications, highlighting increased competition.

The top 10 most sought-after professions in August 2026, as per the site's data, included Full Stack Developers, Manual Testers, QA Engineers, Graphic Designers, Sales VPs, Organizational Development specialists, Operations VPs, Technology Project Managers, Procurement and Logistics VPs, and Product Managers.
