Ben Gvir Thanks Party Colleague Zvika Vogel Following His Resignation

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir on Sunday expressed his gratitude to Knesset Member Zvika Vogel, following Vogel's announcement that he is leaving the Otzma Yehudit party. Ben Gvir stated, "I thank from the bottom of my heart my dear friend, MK Zvika Vogel, for years of dedicated, determined, and uncompromising work for the security of the state, the people of Israel, and the Otzma Yehudit party."

Ben Gvir highlighted Vogel's lifelong dedication to national security, noting his service driven by a deep sense of mission, courage, and faith. As chairman of the Committee on National Security, Vogel spearheaded significant initiatives to bolster security and governance, supported security forces and civilian defense squads, led legislative efforts in the Knesset, and passed numerous laws aimed at protecting Israeli citizens.

"I thank him from the bottom of my heart for our shared journey, for our friendship, for his devotion, loyalty, and his great contribution to Otzma Yehudit and the people of Israel," Ben Gvir concluded.
