Channel 12 Reporter Inbar Toizer Engaged to Partner Ben Board

Inbar Toizer, a reporter for Israel's Channel 12 News, became engaged to her partner Ben Board this past weekend. The couple, who have been together for two years, celebrated their engagement in Mitzpe Ramon, the same location where they first met two years prior at an acrobatics conference. Toizer, 28, took a brief break from covering recent protests and clashes in Jerusalem to travel with Board, 36, to the desert town for a similar conference.

During the trip, Board proposed to Toizer against the backdrop of the desert landscape. Toizer and Board, a high-tech professional and reserve soldier, reside together in Jerusalem. Recently, Toizer shared her feelings about Board's upcoming reserve duty, which would coincide with the Jewish New Year. She expressed her anxiety about his deployment to the northern border for 109 days, stating, "Bencho is going out today for another round. 109 days of reserve duty on the northern border. Another 109 days of sleepless nights from worry. Of getting used to life without my anchor again."
