Yeshiva Student Critically Injured After Falling Four Meters During Air Conditioner Removal
An 18-year-old student from the Chaim Ozer Yeshiva in Bnei Brak sustained severe, multi-system injuries after falling approximately four meters while attempting to dismantle an air conditioning unit inside the yeshiva building. The incident occurred around 3:00 AM on Friday.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived at the scene and provided immediate life-saving medical treatment, including sedation and medication, before transporting the student via a mobile intensive care unit to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. His condition is described as serious but stable, and hospital staff are continuing his advanced medical care.
The incident has prompted a public call for prayers for the student's recovery, identified as Shimon Yosef ben Bat Sheva.
