TV Host Guy Zuarץ Reveals Recovery After Serious Surgery
Israeli television host Guy Zuarץ has revealed his current medical condition, nearly three months after undergoing surgery for a severe herniated disc. The injury forced him to take an extended break from hosting the popular reality show "HaAch HaGadol" (Big Brother Israel).
In a recent interview, Zuarץ expressed gratitude for the successful surgery, crediting his wife, Yael Bar Zohar, for her crucial support. He admitted to being fearful and unable to make decisions regarding the operation, with his wife playing a pivotal role in encouraging him to proceed. "I wouldn't have done anything, because I couldn't make a decision and was afraid to make a decision," Zuarץ stated.
He emphasized that the medical team was unequivocal about the necessity of the surgery. "The doctors said unequivocally that the surgery needed to be done," he shared. Zuarץ also reflected on the importance of appreciating health and not taking it for granted, a sentiment that has grown stronger with age.
