Audi Q4 e-tron Facelift Arrives in Israel with Updated Interior and New Entry Trim
Audi has launched the updated Q4 e-tron electric SUV in Israel, featuring revised exterior styling and a significantly upgraded interior, though powertrain options remain unchanged for the Israeli market. The refreshed model sees a price increase of approximately NIS 20,000 compared to its predecessor, but includes enhanced equipment and a new, more affordable entry-level version with a smaller battery.
Two powertrain variants are available in Israel: the entry-level model with 204 horsepower, rear-wheel drive, and a 59 kWh battery offering a range of up to 440 km (451 km for the Sportback), and the 'Performance' version (replacing the '45') with 285 horsepower, rear-wheel drive, a 77 kWh battery, and a range of up to 578 km (592 km for the Sportback). Both maintain their previous charging speeds.
The interior boasts Audi's new screen system, previously seen in the Q6 e-tron, with larger, curved displays for the digital cockpit and central infotainment system. Standard features include wireless charging pads, parking sensors, surround-view cameras, automatic parking, matrix LED lighting, leather upholstery, heated electric seats with memory for the driver, tri-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. The 'Performance' trim adds S-Line bumpers and larger wheels.
The vehicle's safety systems are comprehensive, though it received a score of 6 out of 8 from the Ministry of Transport due to the absence of certain features like autonomous emergency braking for cross-traffic at intersections and a child reminder system. An optional 'Luxury' package will offer adaptive suspension, augmented reality head-up display, digital light, memory parking assist, and a Sonos sound system.
Pricing for the Q4 e-tron starts at NIS 315,000 for the standard model, NIS 335,000 for the Sportback, NIS 360,000 for the Performance, and NIS 380,000 for the Sportback Performance. An introductory offer provides a NIS 15,000 discount on standard models and NIS 20,000 on Performance models for the first 100 buyers.
