Maccabi Tel Aviv is preparing to host Maccabi Haifa in a highly anticipated match on Monday, marking the first encounter between the two clubs in the 2026/27 Israeli Premier League season. Despite it being only the second matchday, the game is considered one of the biggest fixtures in Israeli football.
