Ophira Assayag is returning for a new season of "The Masked Singer" on Keshet 12, this time alongside new judges Bar Refaeli and Moshé Peretz. In an interview with mako celebrities ahead of the show's premiere, Assayag discussed the anticipated competition among the judges and explained her advantage in identifying masked celebrities. With 20 years of radio experience and her background in sports, she believes she can recognize contestants by their voices.
Assayag also shared details about her 53rd birthday party, attended by about 150 friends. She mentioned celebrating with dancing, singing, and a ritual to ward off the evil eye. Due to requests from uninvited guests, she plans a larger celebration in the future. She admitted she would be disappointed if a friend was a contestant and didn't tell her, but understood the show's strict confidentiality rules.
In a joint interview with Bar Refaeli for "Evening טוב עם Guy Pines," Assayag praised Refaeli, suggesting the public would discover new aspects of her personality on the show. Refaeli, in turn, described Assayag as a role model and stated that their working relationship had fostered a friendship, clarifying that she was unaware of past disputes between Assayag and her mother, Tzipi Refaeli.
