Man Arrested in Bat Yam for Alleged Violent Rape of 18-Year-Old Woman in Hotel Apartment

A 51-year-old man from Bat Yam was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of violently raping an 18-year-old woman in a hotel apartment in Bat Yam. The incident occurred several hours before his arrest. Police officers from Bat Yam located the suspect in an open area within the city and took him in for questioning. The initial report of the alleged rape was received at 7:00 PM via the emergency number 100. Officers from the Holon station, along with forensic investigators from the Ayalon district, arrived at the scene to collect evidence and work towards identifying and apprehending the suspect. It was also revealed that the man had been previously arrested in January for violating a restraining order but was released by the court.
