משטרת ישראל עצרה נהג באזור באקה אל גרביה, לאחר שבדיקה העלתה כי הוא נוהג בזמן פסילה. הנהג, שהיה בדרכו למקום בו הוא מרצה עבודות שירות בגין עבירות תנועה קודמות, נעצר במהלך פעילות יזומה של לוחמי יחידת רומ"ח במרחב מנשה. בבדיקת פרטיו התברר כי הוא פסול מלנהוג. לאחר מעצרו, הועבר הנהג לחקירה אצל בוחני התנועה של מרחב מנשה. בתום החקירה, הנהג נכלא, והמשטרה מתכוונת לבקש מבית המשפט להאריך את מעצרו. המשטרה הדגישה כי היא רואה בחומרה נהיגה בזמן פסילה, והבטיחה כי פעילות האכיפה נגד נהגים המפרים הוראות פסילה תימשך.
