הפרקליטות הגישה היום (שלישי) כתב אישום נגד ד'יף אללה אבו רגילה, בן 19, תושב שגב שלום שבנגב, בגין עבירות של הסתה לטרור ואהדה לחמאס. כתב האישום הוגש בעקבות חקירה משותפת של המשטרה והשב"כ, שנעצרה לפני כחודש.

על פי כתב האישום, אבו רגילה פרסם במהלך שנת 2026 ברשתות החברתיות תכנים שתמכו בטרור, שיבחו את מתקפת ה-7 באוקטובר וקראו לביצוע מעשי אלימות. הפרקליטות הגישה את כתב האישום לבית משפט השלום בבאר שבע.

המשטרה והשב"כ מסרו כי ימשיכו במאבק נגד עבירות הסתה והעמדת נאשמים לדין.
