משטרת ישראל עצרה תושב חיפה בחשד שנהג ברכב ללא רישיון נהיגה, תוך שהוא מזדהה בפני השוטרים באמצעות פרטיו של אחיו. האירוע התרחש באזור נשר, שם נהג הטנדר נתפס נוהג במהירות של 91 קמ"ש, בעוד שהמהירות המותרת בכביש היא 70 קמ"ש.

בבדיקה עלה כי החשוד הזדהה כאחיו, תושב חיפה בן 38, אשר רישיונו נפסל למשך עשור, מעולם לא הוציא רישיון נהיגה, ועומד נגדו מאסר על תנאי. החשוד נעצר, ורכבו הושבת על ידי קצין משטרה למשך 30 יום.

המשטרה ממשיכה בחקירת המקרה.
