אימו של דיאר עומרי, צעיר שנרצח, הביעה צער עמוק לאחר שבית המשפט גזר היום (שלישי) 22 שנות מאסר על דניס מוקין, שהורשע ברצח בירייה.

"בני אבד ולא ישוב, לא נראה אותו שוב", אמרה האם בכאב לאתר "פאנט" ו"קנאת הלאום", והוסיפה כי "הגזר דין הזה לא יחזיר את בני לזרועותיי ולא ימלא את החלל שהותיר אחריו". היא הדגישה כי בנה נרצח "בקור רוח" וכי משפחתו תישא את כאב אובדנו לנצח, שכן פסק הדין אינו מרפא את הפצע.

"הגזר דין ניתן, אבל דיאר לא יחזור אלינו", אמרה האם בדבריה המרגשים, והוסיפה כי איבדו בן שלא יוכלו לראות או לשמוע שוב את קולו.
