במהלך הלילה שבין ה-12 ל-13 בספטמבר, פונתה צעירה בת 18 במצב קשה ולא יציב לבית החולים "סורוקה" בבאר שבע, לאחר שנפגעה מירי.

הפצועה הובאה למוקד "מד"א" בכביש 40, סמוך לצומת "עידן הנגב", כשהיא סובלת מפציעות ירי.

משטרת ישראל פתחה בחקירה לאיתור נסיבות האירוע והיורה.
