שבעה נאשמים, בהוראת חמאס, בתכנון פיגוע רצחני נגד יהודי אירופה. הפרטים נחשפו בעקבות חקירה של הרשות הפלסטינית, אשר העבירה את המידע לישראל. על פי הדיווח, חמאס תכנן את הפיגוע במטרה לפגוע ביהודים באירופה, אך לא פורט מה היה המועד המיועד או היעדים הספציפיים. הרשות הפלסטינית עצרה את המעורבים, וחקירתם הובילה לחשיפת התוכנית. המידע הועבר לישראל, אשר ממשיכה לעקוב אחר ההתפתחויות בנושא.
