Two of Three Suspects in Jerusalem Fans Assault Released Under Restrictions
Two of the three Maccabi Tel Aviv fans arrested for attacking Hapoel Jerusalem supporters have been released under restrictive conditions. Represented by lawyer Tzachi Matzri, the two released suspects are banned from attending matches for the next month and must report to a police station during Maccabi Tel Aviv games. The third suspect, who was captured in a video documenting the assault, remains in custody with his detention extended until the following day. The incident and subsequent arrests occurred in the context of the Israeli Premier League football matches.
