Bobov Rebbe Commemorates Rebbetzin's Yahrzeit with Prayers and Community Visits in New Jersey

The Bobov Rebbe marked the yahrzeit (anniversary of passing) of the late Rebbetzin of Bobov with a series of solemn and communal events in New Jersey. He began by visiting her gravesite at the cemetery in New Jersey near the Bobov tzaddikim's ohel, where he lit a memorial candle and prayed. Prior to this, the Rebbe prayed Shacharit at White Lake.

Following the cemetery visit, the Rebbe traveled to Linden, New Jersey, where he visited the Bobov Hasidic community. There, he served as the sandek (honorary godfather) at a brit milah (circumcision ceremony) for a child of one of his Hasidim. Immediately after the brit, the Rebbe affixed a mezuzah on the entrance of a newly built mikveh (ritual bath) in Linden, dedicating it in memory of his mother, the late Rebbetzin.

The Rebbe then placed another mezuzah on the new building of the "Bnot Tzion" institution in the neighborhood. At this location, he also conducted a festive tish (Hasidic gathering) and led Mincha prayer services in honor of the yahrzeit. These activities combined personal mourning with communal celebration and spiritual leadership within the Bobov Hasidic community in New Jersey.
