Israeli Design Solves Beach Towel Wind Problem with Crococlips

An Israeli design company, Peleg Design, has developed a simple yet clever solution to a common beach annoyance: towels flying away in the wind. Their product, Crococlips, consists of four crocodile-shaped clips that attach to each corner of a beach towel, securing it firmly to the ground even on windy days. Each clip opens its 'mouth' to grip the fabric and locks in place, providing four anchor points to keep the towel spread out.

Made from UV-resistant plastic, each clip measures approximately 15.5 by 6.8 centimeters, designed for outdoor use. Beyond functionality, the clips add a playful visual element, turning a mundane object into a fun accessory. Peleg Design, founded by Israeli designer Shahar Peleg, specializes in everyday items with a humorous twist, aiming to make routine tasks smarter and more enjoyable.
