Ninet Tayeb Praises Shiri Maimon Ahead of Dancing with the Stars Semi-Final

Maimon, who will perform the song "The Silence That Remains," which she originally sang representing Israel at Eurovision, shared a post on Instagram announcing her upcoming dance. Tayeb responded with an encouraging comment, calling Maimon "gorgeous" and affirming, "You always were and always will be wow."

The two singers first met as contestants on the reality music show Kokhav Nolad (A Star is Born) 23 years ago, and despite media speculation about rivalry, they have maintained a respectful and friendly relationship. Both have also served as judges on music competitions since then. While Tayeb won the Kokhav Nolad finale, Maimon has not competed in prime-time contests since but now has a new chance to vie for first place on Dancing with the Stars.
