Daniel Amit and Emily Damari Celebrate Intimate Pre-Wedding Event Ahead of August Ceremony

Food blogger Daniel Amit and former captive Emily Damari held a "mini wedding" celebration on Tuesday for close family and friends, just one week before their official wedding on August 27. The pre-wedding event took place at the "Namal" venue, co-owned by Amit, and featured a small blessing ceremony without a traditional chuppah. Family members, close friends, and the brides themselves participated in the blessings. The event also included artistic performances by singers Lee Biran and Loren Feld.

During the ceremony, Amit expressed gratitude to the Damari family for welcoming her warmly and shared her excitement about their future together. The couple's relationship first became public during the Shavuot holiday in 2025, surprising many. In January, during celebrations marking Damari's one-year release anniversary from captivity, Damari proposed to Amit, who accepted.

The official wedding is scheduled for August 27, with a dress code announced that excludes any red clothing or lipstick. This intimate pre-wedding gathering highlights the couple's joy and the support from their close circle ahead of their upcoming nuptials.
