Israeli singer Eden Hason, visiting Eilat for a performance, unintentionally caused a security incident when he drifted near the Jordanian border while riding a jet ski. Accompanied by a friend, Hason ventured far from the Israeli shore during a jet ski ride, reaching close to the neighboring country's border. The Israeli Navy detected the movement of the watercraft and promptly intervened, ordering the two to stop. The naval forces escorted Hason and his friend back to the shore, where police conducted a brief routine questioning to ensure there was no security threat.
