Aviv Kara in Advanced Talks to Join Hili Tropper's Zionist Home Party

Advanced negotiations are underway between Hili Tropper, chairman of the Zionist Home-Militarists party, and former minister and Knesset member Aviv Kara regarding Kara's potential joining of Tropper's party. Several discussions have taken place recently, with Tropper's party viewing Kara as a figure who could strengthen the party's economic platform and broaden its appeal to self-employed individuals and business owners. Kara, a founder of the "Shulmanim" protest movement and known for his advocacy against bureaucracy and for deregulation, is also considering offers from other parties, but talks with Tropper are the most significant.

From the Zionist Home-Militarists party, a spokesperson stated they do not comment on private talks but emphasized ongoing communications with many individuals. The party's goal is to build a significant Zionist force capable of winning elections and ensuring the formation of a Zionist government. Kara previously served as a deputy minister in the Prime Minister's Office and is recognized for his economic activism.

The discussions highlight efforts by Tropper's party to consolidate economic voices and strengthen their position ahead of upcoming elections, aiming to appeal to entrepreneurs and reduce regulatory burdens.
