Four Arrested Including Crime Boss Yossi Musli After Fight Outside His Sabon Home

A violent altercation broke out on Sunday afternoon outside the home of crime boss Yossi Musli in Sabon, resulting in a man in his 40s being moderately injured and hospitalized. Police arrested four suspects, including Musli himself, and launched an investigation collecting evidence from the scene. Last week, the district court approved a police request for an administrative detention order against Musli, imposing restrictions such as 45 days of house arrest in Sabon and bans on internet messaging apps. Additionally, Musli was barred from entering several cities including Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Ramat Gan, Umm al-Fahm, Jaljulia, Ramla, and Lod for two months, and prohibited from contacting numerous criminal figures. Musli's lawyers criticized the law as unjust and based on insufficient evidence, noting the court denied the police's request to remove Musli from his home and shortened the restrictions. The police had previously arrested Musli and three others last month amid ongoing violent disputes between crime families, particularly involving the "Japnika" restaurant chain. Musli filed a request to cancel the detention order, with a hearing held today to address the matter.
