Israeli Kibbutz Counselor Charged with Indecent Acts Against Six Boys
Eitan Shahar, a 30-year-old counselor from a kibbutz in the Shfela region of Israel, has been indicted for committing indecent acts against six boys in seventh and eighth grades whom he supervised. The offenses allegedly occurred over approximately two years, from 2024 until his arrest, during various occasions including car rides, at a swimming pool, and on a beach. The indictment was filed by the Central District Prosecutor's Office at the Central District Court in Lod. The police investigation took place at the Kiryat Malakhi station. The prosecution has requested that Shahar remain in custody until the conclusion of legal proceedings against him.
