Israeli Couple Indicted for Sexual Abuse of Minor Daughters and Infants
The Israeli State Prosecution filed a severe indictment on Wednesday at the Central District Court in Lod against a 33-year-old woman from central Israel and her 43-year-old partner. They are accused of multiple sexual offenses against the woman's two minor daughters, aged between 8 and 12, as well as two infants from their family, aged one to three years. The indictment, submitted by Attorney Lital Mehalel of the Central District Prosecution, reveals that the couple met about a year and a half ago through a dating app and engaged in an intimate relationship.
During their relationship, they frequently exchanged messages discussing sexual deviations, the woman's sexual past, and sexual fantasies involving her minor daughters. They shared pedophilic content, including images and videos of adults and minors, specifically the woman's daughters and infants. The man expressed interest in sexual contact with the daughters and imagined future children. Although he initially stated he was not interested in a long-term relationship, the woman sought to satisfy his desires with his knowledge and encouragement.
The indictment details how the woman, either on her own initiative or at the man's request, photographed and recorded her daughters in intimate poses and partial clothing, sending these materials to the man who praised and encouraged her. On two occasions at the woman's home, the man masturbated while watching one of the daughters sleeping nearby, with the woman present. They also engaged in sexual acts in the daughters' presence. During a visit in the daughters' vacation, the man committed indecent acts by touching and hugging them.
Furthermore, the woman, encouraged by the man, committed acts of rape against two infants in the family, documenting these acts and sending the recordings to the man. The indictment states the woman sexually abused the young children to please the man and maintain their sexual relationship. After police questioning, the woman deleted their messages to conceal evidence, which were later recovered. Both defendants deleted communications and the man urged the woman to delete incriminating photos and videos.
The indictment charges the couple with multiple offenses including rape of a minor family member, incitement to rape, indecent acts with minors, use of minors for pornography, distribution of child pornography, possession and consumption of such material, obstruction of justice, and others. The prosecution requested their continued detention until the conclusion of legal proceedings, emphasizing the severe danger they pose due to their systematic abuse of very young children.
