Israeli Youth Counselor Faces Charges of Sexual Misconduct by Six Teen Boys
The Israeli State Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against a 30-year-old youth counselor from a kibbutz in the Shfela region. He is accused of committing indecent acts against six boys in seventh and eighth grades whom he mentored. The case was investigated at the Kiryat Malachi police station. The accused denies all allegations, claiming the accusations are fabricated. Meanwhile, testimonies were collected from the six boys detailing the alleged misconduct. They reportedly admired the counselor and were initially afraid to report him to avoid ruining his life. Additional evidence includes statements from parents and friends to whom the boys confided, as well as written communications among the youths.
