Israeli Police Seek Missing Chabad Hasid Last Seen in Tiberias
Israeli police are requesting public assistance in locating Keteriel Nachman Keinan, a 24-year-old Chabad Hasid who was last seen on Monday, August 10, 2026, around 6 p.m. near the Gai Beach area in Tiberias. He was reportedly on his way to Safed when he disappeared. Keinan is approximately 1.74 meters tall, with black hair, a beard, and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white shirt, black suit, a hat, carrying a black backpack, and a dark brown tefillin bag.
