Police Seize Over 20 Kg of Cannabis and Cocaine in Netanya Drug Bust

Israeli police uncovered a drug operation in a residential apartment in Netanya, seizing more than 20 kilograms of suspected cannabis and cocaine. The raid, conducted by detectives from the Shdot police station in the Sharon region, revealed a dedicated room used for weighing, packaging, and distributing drugs. During the operation, officers also confiscated approximately 7,000 shekels in cash.

A suspect in his twenties from Hod Hasharon was arrested at the scene. All seized evidence has been sent to the police forensic laboratories for further analysis. The suspect remains in custody and is expected to be brought before the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court the following morning. The police intend to request an extension of his detention as the investigation continues.
