Anis Porat Ayash Set to Return to Sakhnin to Boost Attack Ahead of New Season

Bnei Sakhnin is seeking to strengthen its attacking lineup ahead of the upcoming league season, currently relying on Ahmad Salman, Mathieu Kodjo, Basil Khouri, and Jubair Bushnak. The club aims to add at least two more forwards to enhance its offensive options. One expected addition is Anis Porat Ayash, a winger owned by Maccabi Tel Aviv but not in their current plans. Porat Ayash, who grew up in Sakhnin and was sold two years ago for 700,000 euros, struggled to secure a spot in Maccabi Tel Aviv's squad and spent the last season and a half on loan at Hapoel Haifa, where he made 30 appearances and scored two league goals. At 21 years old, he is anticipated to return to his original club to revive his career.

In addition to Porat Ayash, Sakhnin is attempting to persuade Anas Mahamid, a forward from Hapoel Tel Aviv, to join the team. The club believes Mahamid's speed and attacking style will fit well with coach Yossi Abuksis's strategy, which focuses on quick players suited for counterattacks. These moves reflect Sakhnin's intent to bolster its offensive capabilities before the league begins.
