Fire Breaks Out Near Nahariya Hospital, Firefighters Work to Extinguish Smoke Inside Building

A fire erupted in an open area adjacent to the inpatient department at Nahariya Hospital. Fire and rescue teams from the Zebulun and Nahariya stations responded promptly to the scene. Upon arrival, firefighters identified the fire source near the hospital building, which caused smoke to enter the building's corridors and stairwell.

Firefighters are actively working to extinguish the blaze and conducting thorough searches on all floors to ensure no one is trapped inside. They are also performing professional operations to clear the smoke from the inpatient department and throughout the building. So far, no injuries have been reported. Patients and medical staff were evacuated and are currently gathered outside the hospital.

The situation remains under control as emergency teams continue their efforts to fully extinguish the fire and ventilate the hospital premises.
