Israeli Border Police Uncover Hidden Weapons in West Bank Village Walls, Arrest Three Suspects

Israeli Border Police fighters in the West Bank, guided by the Jerusalem Envelope Border Police Intelligence Unit and in coordination with the IDF, conducted operations in three villages within the Judea Division. During searches in Yatta, Khalat al-Mia, and Beit Awa, the forces uncovered hidden weapons and ammunition concealed inside the walls of a house. The soldiers broke through parts of the walls and found a carbine, magazines, and loose ammunition. Three suspects were arrested during the nighttime raids.

In Yatta, the forces discovered the concealed arms inside a building's walls, including a carbine, two magazines, and two bags of loose ammunition, leading to the arrest of one suspect. In Khalat al-Mia, an M16 rifle and a fully loaded magazine were found, resulting in the detention of another suspect. Concurrently, in Beit Awa, the forces arrested a third wanted individual. Overall, the operation yielded the seizure of M16 and carbine rifles, magazines, and ammunition.

All suspects and confiscated weapons were transferred to the Judea Division Border Police Intelligence Unit for further investigation and processing. The operation aimed to locate weapons and detain suspects involved in illegal arms possession.
