Israeli Athlete Advah Cohen Advances to 3000m Steeplechase Final at European Championships
Israeli runner Advah Cohen qualified for the final of the 3000-meter steeplechase at the European Athletics Championships, finishing her heat with a time of 9:37.15. This placed her 16th overall among the 16 finalists, securing her spot in the final scheduled for Thursday evening, three days after the heats. Cohen, aged 30, is Israel's national record holder and has represented the country in three World Championships and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Her personal best of 9:19.90 was set on September 15, 2025, at the World Championships in Tokyo.
