Israeli Football Transfers Set to Shatter Record with Nearly 55 Million Euros in 2026

Israeli football is experiencing an unprecedented surge in transfer fees paid by foreign clubs for Israeli players. The 2025/26 season set a record with a total of 35.9 million euros spent on Israeli players during both the summer and winter transfer windows. However, the summer 2026 window alone is on track to surpass this record significantly. The current projected total of 54.92 million euros for 2026, led by Khalaily's anticipated 28 million euro move to Crystal Palace, marks a significant escalation in the market value of Israeli football talent abroad.
