BEYOND Tower in Givatayim Receives Fire Safety Approval Ahead of Occupancy
The BEYOND office tower project in Givatayim, promoted by Tadiran Group, Union, and Himanta, has received final fire safety and emergency approval. The tower, standing approximately 320 meters tall with 78 floors, is set to become Israel's tallest skyscraper. Designed to accommodate around 10,000 people daily, the building includes a dedicated evacuation system for emergencies.
The approval followed an extensive drill testing the tower's emergency systems, fire safety measures, and evacuation capabilities. Oren Shishitzki, Commander of the Dan District Fire and Rescue Services, emphasized the complexity of ensuring safety in a building of this height and occupancy, noting the need for advanced preparedness for all scenarios.
