BEYOND Tower in Givatayim Gets Fire Safety Approval Ahead of Occupancy
The BEYOND office tower project in Givatayim, Israel, has received final fire safety and emergency approval, marking a key step toward its occupancy. The tower, developed by Tadiran Group, Union, and Himanta, will stand approximately 320 meters tall with 78 floors, making it the tallest skyscraper in Israel. It is designed to accommodate around 10,000 people daily.
The approval followed an extensive emergency drill that tested the tower's fire safety systems and evacuation procedures. Oren Shishitzky, Commander of the Dan District Fire and Rescue Services, emphasized the complexity of ensuring safety in such a tall building with thousands of occupants, noting the need for advanced preparedness for all scenarios.
