Rabbi Moshe Segal Appointed Principal of Horev Talmud Torah in Ramat Gan for 2026-27 School Year

As the new school year approaches, Horev Talmud Torah in Ramat Gan has appointed Rabbi Moshe Segal as its new principal. Rabbi Segal, known for his dedication and strong educational leadership, has begun his role with enthusiasm and a clear vision to advance the institution’s mission of providing Torah education, fear of Heaven, and excellence to its students. Many of the school's students come from Bnei Brak, prompting Rabbi Segal to initiate a series of intensive meetings with key officials from the Bnei Brak municipality to enhance the learning environment and support for the children.

Accompanied by his deputy, Rabbi David Lichtman, Rabbi Segal met with several city leaders including Mayor Rabbi Chanoch Zeibert, Acting Mayor Rabbi Menachem Shapira, Deputy Mayor and Education Portfolio Holder Rabbi Shlomo Elharar, Education Director Rabbi Moshe Rosenthal, and Deputy Mayor and Public Complaints Officer Rabbi Yosef Yakubovich. During these meetings, he outlined the educational philosophy and unique spirit of Horev Talmud Torah and discussed ways to foster close cooperation with the city to improve the welfare of Bnei Brak’s children studying at the institution.

City officials warmly welcomed Rabbi Segal, praised his efforts, and pledged their support to help ensure the students’ success.
