October 7 Terrorist Worked as Aid Truck Driver Before Arrest Near Kerem Shalom Crossing

A major security failure occurred when a terrorist from Nuhba, who participated in the October 7 massacre in Israeli border communities, was found working as a truck driver delivering aid. The suspect was apprehended yesterday while transferring aid in Rafah, en route to the Kerem Shalom crossing. He was handed over to security forces for further investigation. According to a report by Channel 12, the driver was collecting aid on behalf of a private sector individual, a private merchant who hired him. The security system intercepted him on the Gaza side as he was heading to the crossing to collect aid.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) noted that throughout the ongoing conflict, especially recently, terrorists have been actively promoting terror routes against IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip, posing immediate threats. The Southern Command emphasized that IDF forces remain deployed in the area according to existing agreements and will continue to act to neutralize any immediate threats to both soldiers and Israeli civilians.
