Suspected Arson Sparks Three Fires in Ramat Gan, Residents Treated for Smoke Inhalation

Early Friday morning, three fires broke out in close proximity in Ramat Gan, Israel, raising suspicions of arson according to the Fire and Rescue Services. The first fire occurred on Herzl Street, where a palm tree and the lobby of a building were damaged. Shortly after, a second fire ignited in the lobby of a nearby residential building on Jabotinsky Street. Firefighters responded promptly, extinguishing the flames, conducting searches to rule out trapped individuals, and ventilating the smoke.

Seven residents from the affected buildings were evacuated and received medical treatment for mild smoke inhalation. A fire investigator was called to the scenes and determined that the fires were likely connected and suspected to be deliberate. The investigation findings have been handed over to the Israel Police for further action.
