Upon their arrival, they were attacked by dozens of Palestinians who threw stones at their vehicle. Despite the assault, the two Israelis managed to escape the scene unharmed and reached the Gilboa crossing safely. Their car sustained damage, including shattered windows, but no physical injuries were reported. Video footage of the incident has been documented.
