Police Chase Near Shefa-Amr Ends With Two Arrests and Gun Seizure

Yesterday, Border Police and Northern District police forces initiated a pursuit of a suspicious vehicle near Shefa-Amr after the driver failed to comply with stop orders. The driver engaged in reckless driving against traffic, endangering other road users. Officers from the Homeland Security Division fired at the vehicle's tires, successfully bringing it to a halt. Following the chase, two suspects aged 18 and 21 from Ibtin and I'billin were arrested, and a Glock pistol was confiscated. The suspects were taken for interrogation at the Shefa-Amr police station.
