Israel Forecast: Mild Weather, Possible Drizzle, Then Warmer Days Ahead
Israel is set for a mostly comfortable start to the week, with plenty of cloud cover and temperatures that are generally normal for the season. On Sunday, heat stress is expected to be moderate to medium, and the day should feel pleasant, especially in the morning.
There is a chance of light drizzle in the north and along the coastal plain. According to the forecast, Monday will be even cooler, but still mild.
Temperatures are expected to rise again on Tuesday, ahead of a warmer stretch later in the week. Even so, most parts of the country are forecast to remain around their seasonal average.
The highest temperatures forecast for today include 28 degrees in Kiryat Shmona, 31 in Katzrin, 27 in Nahariya, Safed, Haifa, Ariel, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, 34 in Tiberias, 30 in Tayibe, Beit Shemesh and Sderot, 29 in Rehovot, 32 in Beersheba, 35 in the Dead Sea area, 30 in Mitzpe Ramon and 39 in Eilat.
