Israeli Border Police Arrest Suspected Terrorist in Shuafat Refugee Camp Raid

Israeli Border Police commandos in Jerusalem, guided by the Shin Bet and cooperating with additional forces, arrested a suspect in the Shuafat refugee camp who was allegedly involved in promoting terrorist activities and planning an attack. The operation included Border Police units from Jerusalem and its surrounding areas, as well as Jerusalem district police officers. The forces raided the suspect's home, forcibly entered the building, located him in bed, and took him into custody while his family was asleep. Following the arrest, the suspect was transferred to the Shin Bet for further interrogation. The police emphasized that the operation was part of ongoing counterterrorism efforts under the Shin Bet's direction.
