Israeli Border Police Arrest Terror Suspect in Jenin-Area Village

Early Wednesday morning, Israeli Border Police special forces conducted a covert operation in the village of Silat al-Harithiya, located in the Jenin district within the Manasseh Brigade's area of responsibility. Acting in coordination with the Israel Defense Forces under the Manasseh Brigade command and guided by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), the unit targeted a wanted individual suspected of involvement in terrorist activities.

The special forces arrived discreetly at the building where the suspect was hiding. After completing preparations, they initiated an open operation, calling on the suspect to surrender. The suspect complied, exiting the building and surrendering to the Border Police operatives. He was subsequently taken into custody and transferred to the Shin Bet for further interrogation.

This joint operation highlights ongoing security efforts in the West Bank to apprehend individuals suspected of terrorism and maintain regional stability.
