Israeli Border Police Commandos Arrest Terror Suspect in Nablus Under Shin Bet Guidance
Israeli Border Police commandos operating in the West Bank city of Nablus (Shechem) arrested a wanted suspect believed to be involved in terrorist activities. The operation was conducted jointly by the Border Police commandos of the Judea and Samaria district and the Shin Bet security service. The suspect was located hiding in a building in Nablus, within the jurisdiction of the Samaria Brigade.
The forces approached the building covertly and, after completing preparations, called on the suspect to surrender. He complied without resistance, exiting the building and being taken into custody peacefully. Following his arrest, the suspect was transferred to the Shin Bet for further interrogation.
The police emphasized that the operation was carried out safely and stated that Border Police fighters, alongside the Israel Defense Forces and under Shin Bet guidance, will continue to act decisively day and night to thwart terrorist activities and arrest wanted individuals to ensure the security of Israeli citizens.
