Sports Instructor Detained for Alleged Sexual Abuse of Disabled Women at Kfar Saba Hostel

Over the past two years, a sports instructor at a hostel in Kfar Saba allegedly committed sexual offenses against five women with intellectual disabilities, aged in their 30s and 40s. The hostel was intended to provide safety and protection for its residents, but the accused reportedly performed indecent acts publicly during his work. The suspect, a man in his 50s from Netanya, was arrested yesterday after his employment at the hostel ended on July 22. Following the complaints, the Kfar Saba police station launched a covert investigation lasting several weeks, gathering testimonies and evidence before moving to a public phase. This morning, the court extended the instructor's detention until August 6. Authorities emphasize the severity of the case, highlighting that the offenses were committed against vulnerable individuals in a facility meant to offer care and security.
