Young Woman Brutally Assaulted in Northern Israel Family Dispute, Attackers Filmed and Shared Video

A violent family dispute in the northern Israeli town of Jisr az-Zarqa led to the brutal assault of a 23-year-old woman. The victim, engaged to a relative of the attackers, was invited to a house under the pretense of resolving a conflict. Upon arrival, she was ambushed by a group of eight or more young women who physically attacked her with punches, kicks, and blows from a chair. The assailants also cut her hair with a knife while laughing, forcibly removed her pants, and verbally abused her, even instructing a child to urinate on her head.

The victim recounted the ordeal to ynet, describing the severe physical and emotional trauma she endured, including ongoing psychological distress and difficulty sleeping. She received medical treatment for her injuries and has filed a police complaint despite receiving threatening calls demanding she withdraw it. The police have taken the case seriously, arresting the suspects and extending their detention as the investigation continues.
