Three Powerful Explosive Devices Found Near Ramla Train Station in Criminal Investigation
On Thursday, three powerful pipe bombs were discovered in an open area near the Ramla train station. The explosives were found during an operational activity linked to an investigation conducted by the Central Unit of the Israel Prison Service. Alongside the pipe bombs, 5.56 caliber ammunition was also seized at the scene. Following the discovery, a police bomb disposal expert was called to the site and ordered a temporary halt to train traffic in the area until the scene was secured. The devices were safely detonated in a controlled explosion. Authorities have confirmed the incident is related to criminal activity.
