Israeli Police Neutralize Stolen Explosives and Ammunition in Ramla

Israeli police detectives from the Ramla Crime Fighting Unit discovered and neutralized three powerful pipe bombs and dozens of 5.56 caliber bullets stolen from the Israel Defense Forces during a proactive search near the Ramla train station. The weapons were hidden in an open area, posing a danger to local residents. The operation took place over the weekend as part of a targeted enforcement effort in Ramla and its surroundings within the Shfela region.

Upon finding the explosives, a police bomb disposal expert was called to the scene and safely neutralized the devices. All recovered items were subsequently transferred to the police forensic laboratories for further evidence processing. Concurrently, police conducted additional sweeps of the area to ensure no other explosives were present.
