Mashy Kleinstein Releases Debut Single 'Tell Me,' Embraces Her True Self

Mashy Kleinstein, known for her extensive work on stage, in films, and voice acting, has released her first single "Tell Me" from her upcoming debut album. In an interview on Kan 11's "At Noon" program, she shared that her earliest dream was to become a singer, write songs, release albums, and perform live. Although her career initially took a detour into acting, Kleinstein expressed that she has always sung but never as openly as she does now, attributing this change to newfound personal and professional confidence.

As a mother of two and daughter of renowned Israeli artists Rita and Rami Kleinstein, she emphasized that her family played a significant role in her musical journey, providing both support and high standards. She acknowledged their critical feedback, stating it was essential since she sought opinions from respected artists rather than casual acquaintances. Kleinstein described her new single as a song about pursuing dreams fearlessly, preferring to take risks rather than remain stagnant.

Her debut album, expected in September, will feature pop and rock influences, genres she grew up with. Despite focusing on her music, Kleinstein continues to maintain a busy theater schedule, performing multiple shows daily in productions like "Mika Sheli," "Peter Pan," and "Zero Motivation." She humorously promised to be like an octopus with many hands to manage her commitments. Kleinstein's journey reflects a transition from portraying various characters to expressing her authentic self through music.
