Tel Aviv Man Faces Charges for Sexual Assault of Ex-Partner in Front of Daughter

The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office has filed a prosecutor's statement in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court in preparation for indicting a 26-year-old resident of Jaffa. He is suspected of sexually assaulting his former partner at their home in Jaffa, with their minor daughter present during the incident. The complaint was filed on July 21, alleging that the man raped and committed sexual offenses against the woman while their daughter was exposed to the acts. His detention has been extended multiple times by the court. The investigation, which involved child investigators, gathered evidence linking him to the crimes. An indictment is expected to be filed against him in the coming days.
